Terminal Handling Charge (THC) Change in Mainland China/Mongolia

Dear Customers,

Please be notified that effective from 15th Jan 2009 Terminal Handling Charge
(THC) in Mainland China/Mongolia will be changed as stated below. The new THC
level applies for all export shipments from Mainland China/Mongolia with the last
full container gated in on/after 15th Jan 2009, and for all import shipments to
Mainland China/Mongolia with the last full container gated in on/after 15th Jan
2009 in the origin port. Customers in Mongolia can pay in USD per payment
date¡¯s exchange rate.

For shipments from/to Mainland China (excluding Guangdong, Guangxi and
Hainan) and Mongolia
